Shipping & Delivery Policy

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 7-10 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. In The Cavern is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7-10 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. For any issues in utilizing our services you may contact our helpdesk on or SUPPORT@INTHECAVERN.COM. In Case of any delay the customer will be notified with new delivery date.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information You provide to us. If We do so after payment has been processed, We will issue a refund to You in the amount of the purchase price. We also may request additional information from You prior to confirming a sale and We reserve the right to place any additional restrictions on the sale of any of Our products. You agree to ensure payment for any items You may purchase from Us and You acknowledge and affirm that prices are subject to change. For the sale of physical products, We may preauthorize Your credit or debit card at the time You place the order or We may simply charge Your card upon shipment. You agree to ensure payment for any items You may purchase from Us and You acknowledge and affirm that prices are subject to change. When purchasing a physical good, You agree to provide Us with a valid email and shipping address, as well as valid billing information. You agree to monitor Your method of payment. Shipment costs and dates are subject to change from the costs and dates You are quoted due to unforeseen circumstances. For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. It may take 7-10 days to dispatch and will take minimum 12 days for delivery. All  import Duties and Taxes will be applicable and are not included in the order total at checkout and are to be paid at the time of delivery by the customer. RETURNS AND EXCHANGE  

In The Cavern has transparent & fair Return Policy. Customer is entitled for 100% return & can raise request for same within 15 days from date of delivery if below conditions are met:

We deal in natural precious and semi-precious stones and their products. All-natural stones are produced by mother earth so small holes or crack marks on the surface or inside the stones are often visible. As no two stones/crystal formations are alike, differences in colour, size and texture are very common. The product may vary in colour and texture from the photo due to the monitor backlight and photography effect. We do not entertain any returns in these cases.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange        

1. 100% refund, in case of wrong description stated / received, in respect of gemstone sold is proved synthetic / artificial by any approved / reputed gemological institute.      

2. Wrong item dispatched.      

3. If you received a damaged or broken item, a video of unpacking the courier box clearly showing all the details and inspecting the received product after opening is necessary for replacement.           

4. Customized Jewellery (including personalized/ engraved products) is not eligible for a 15 Day Money-Back or a 15 Day Exchange   

Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy. We make sure items are dispatched after proper quality check & good packaging from our end.           

The Item(s) must be in original, unused condition and accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation etc.  

All requests for return of product must be placed within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery. No requests for return after fifteen (15) days from date of delivery will be processed.         

If you wish to replace/change any item received due to any reason, return courier charges of Rs 150 will be applicable. Return/replacement will be provided once we receive the item back in our office.  

We do not entertain return & refund in any other case.

 

 

We will make reimbursements for returns without undue delay, and not later than:

 

 

(i) 30 days after the day we received back from you any goods supplied; or

 

 

(ii) (if earlier) 30 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods; or

 

 

(iii) if there were no goods supplied, 30 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

 

 

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUND/ RETURN OR EXCHANGE ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
